There are 3 ways to use EO’s. Today I want to talk about the power of using your essential oils aromatically. 👃🏼

This is by far one of the most Powerful ways to support your emotional health. We use our sense of smell through our Olfactory system which connects directly to 2 parts of our brain. 🧠 One being the direct connection to our memory and emotions.

Can I get a little Deep with y’all for a minute? 🤓

Did you know aromatherapy is the ONLY away to unlock trauma in the brain?

And let me tell you friends, we all some type of past trauma. And just “swiping it under the rug” is not good enough. You have to lift that rug up deal with that dirt. Forgive yourself, forgive others. Cry if you need to. And then throw that crap in the trash. Then and only then can you be able to prosper in all areas of your life.

If you are feeling stuck in a relationship or a business or maybe you feel like life just isn’t going the way you’d like it to. I challenge you to grab some essential oils, take a few deep breathes and let some of that past you haven’t dealt with yet surface back up.

I really like this bible verse. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

1 Peter 5:10 (NLT)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

“In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.”⠀⠀

Some oils I recommend Lavender, Cedarwood, Clove, Melissa, Myrrh, or Rose.
