This is by far one of the most Powerful ways to support your emotional health. We use our sense of smell through our Olfactory system which connects directly to 2 parts of our brain. 🧠 One being the direct connection to our memory and emotions.

Did you know aromatherapy is the ONLY away to unlock trauma in the brain?
And let me tell you friends, we all some type of past trauma. And just “swiping it under the rug” is not good enough. You have to lift that rug up deal with that dirt. Forgive yourself, forgive others. Cry if you need to. And then throw that crap in the trash. Then and only then can you be able to prosper in all areas of your life.
